DUO AIDA ALBERT & FERNANDO TAVOLARO


Il duo argentino Albert -Tavolaro interpreta nel “Concierto porteño”, alcune delle più belle canzoni di Buenos Aires.
Il tango argentino, la milonga, il valzer e il candombe… raccontano la storia del divertimento argentino, così vicino dai costumi italiani.
“El choclo”, ”La paloma”, “Melodia de arrabal”, “El firulete”, “Taquito militar”, e tante altre melodie immortali appartenenti a Piazzolla, Gardel, Mores e Discepolo completano un repertorio variato e interessante che permette una visione del tango nelle diverse epoche e stili.

Aida Albert born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) she is an extraordinary singer as documented by her long career.
And her performing of a varied musical repertoire (Argentinian tango, Brazilian music, Latin-American folclore, international varietè and her own songs.
From cafè-concert and jazz-club of Buenos Aires and Paris to festivals and partecipations to many T V programs in Argentina, Perù, Italy and France (Taratatà 1998), she works in “Metatango” a musical-theatrical work authoring O. Viola and F. Tavolaro, in “Centro Parakultural” in Buenos Aires, “Café Tortoni” with the vocal group “Folk-camara” as contralto register and also “Michelangelo”, “Bar latino”, “La fusa” in Buenos Aires, in festivals (La Falda, Cordoba), “Festa della neve” (Bariloche), in prestigious stages of Lima with the show “Con el corazon al sur” (Satchmo, “Fiorentino di Barranco”), “Aux trois Mailletz” (jazz-club in the Latin quarter in Paris), “Trotoir de Buenos Aires” and so on.
She recorded the cd “Hoy es uno de esos dias...”(authoring music and lyrics F. Tavolaro) in 1997 in Paris, some dedicated to Argentinian music like “Con el corazón al sur”, “...de Vinicius a Gardel”, the last “Concierto porteño” together with F. Tavolaro and the cd “...emigrando vamos” with “Sexteto Argentina”.

He played in prestigious theatres such as Teatro Nacional Cervantes, Teatro Municipal San Martin, Radio Municipal, Radio Nacional, Museo de Bellas Artes and several TV networks in Argentina, Peru, Brazil, France and Italy.
He has regularly performed as solo with “Los solistas de Buenos Aires”.
He has played in duo with: Liliana Ardissone (guitar), Daniel Zisman (violin), Enzo Gieco (transverse flute), Antonio Devoto ( recorder flute), Mario Videla (harpsichord).
He founded with Elsa Berner, the “Argentinian Musical Movement”.
He wrote the arrangements and conducted several show and record projects of Aida Albert.
As a composer he composed the original music of:
Films: “Yo, policia”, “Esperandolo a Godot”.
Theatre: “Subdessarroshow”, “Metatango”(Centro Parakultural of Buenos Aires) where he was the assistant of the singer Aida Albert and the actor Omar Viola.
“Coup the chance” (Paris, Hotel Sulli) Lyrical theatre for children: “Il pifferaio magico”, “I musicanti di Brema”, “Il brutto anatroccolo”.

He teaches classic guitar at the music school “L. Mancinelli”of Orvieto (Italy)
